An apartment in property portfolio gets a touch of elegance
A high-end finish was required to complement the outside appearance of the building within the exclusive Sloane Street area of London. The property investor was looking to update the apartment, on the ground and lower ground floor. It was in poor decorative order and required better utilisation of the space.
Liaising closely with the designer, we achieved just the ‘right look’ that our client was after in this elegant refurbishment in one of a number of apartments they owned.
Working within the constraints of the fabric of the building, we maintained as many of the original features as possible. Our specialist tradespeople added the touches of designer wallpaper and bespoke wardrobes to create a unique storage system designed exclusively.
Delivering a beautifully refurbished apartment on schedule and to budget was yet another project completed for discerning property developers and investors in London.
