In the finishing stages

Our team is in the final stage of delivering this block of nine apartments in South East London. We are currently working on all the internal finishes which will create some much needed residential accommodation in this part of London.

Having demolished the original unused retail premises, we have constructed a four storey apartment block with an additional basement. The building is configured to offer 9 residential units: four x 1 bed apartments and five x 2 bed apartments.

Situated a short walk from Crystal Palace Park, this will soon be providing quality homes for its new residents.
