Annie's 100 km challenge to raise money for the Lighthouse Club
Annie Summun, our Director, has taken on a challenge to raise money during February to support the Lighthouse Club, a mental health charity for construction workers and their families.
She is swapping her construction boots for a pair of walking boots. Although she is really a reluctant fair-weather walker, a fellow Master Builder has inspired her to walk 100 km during February.

Annie explains “As getting out for a daily walk is good for your mental health, I thought it would be good to raise some money at the same time for the Lighthouse Club who support fellow construction workers.”
They have a FREE helpline for any construction worker who needs some support. It is available 24/7. It costs approximately £12 an hour to maintain this vital helpline. So, she has set a target of £290 which is the cost of providing their FREE helpline for 24 hours.
